Every purchase on Paper Animation — credit packs and subscriptions — is covered by a no-questions-asked 7-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with what you got, email us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full.

How it works

• Email us within 7 days at the address below with your account email or order ID.
• We refund within 3 business days to the original payment method. No forms, no friction.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your billing page. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

After 7 days

We can’t refund purchases older than 7 days, but you can always cancel a subscription with one click to stop future charges. You keep any remaining credits through the end of the billing period.
