Refund Policy

No Refunds

All purchases on Paper Animation — including credit packs and subscriptions — are final. We do not offer refunds.

Why?

We believe this is more than fair. Here's how it works:

• Every account starts with 2 free credits. No card required. You can create projects, generate animations, and export videos or GIFs — completely free.
• You see exactly what you get before paying. The free credits give you full access to every feature, every animation type, and every export format. There are no locked features or watermarks.
• Credits are consumed instantly. When you generate an animation or export a file, the credit is used immediately to process your request. This is a digital service that cannot be “returned.”

The platform is straightforward: try it free, and only pay if you want more. If you have used your free credits and decided to purchase, you already know what the product does.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. After cancellation, you will retain access to your plan benefits until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Exceptions

If you were charged due to a technical error on our end (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
